Tien Duc Straw is a social enterprise based in Hanoi that specializes in producing wooden straws from trees grown in artificial forests. From production forests, trees are cut into pieces, peeled by machine and then rolled into straws.
NÜ was founded in 2012 to meet the growing demand for ethical and sustainable products in the cleaning and personal care industry. The business develops a range of sustainable products, including plastic-free straws and utensils, biodegradable tape and bamboo pulp diapers using renewable materials. The packaging is also made of sustainable GMX material, which is completely biodegradable and can fertilize the soil.
iBAG, a brand in Vietnam belonging to HRK Group (an importer and exporter of environmentally friendly packaging solutions) specializes in producing packaging made from tapioca starch and biopolymer – completely biodegradable or water soluble. iBAG strives to fight the problem of plastic pollution by producing sustainable packaging (storage bags, polybags, trash bags, vacuum bags, etc.). The business provides an upstream solution – creating no waste during production and processing. These products decompose quickly and safely in landfills and marine environments, help protect animal health, and do not create chemical pollution or microplastics that poison the soil environment.
