Therefore, Tan Hiep Phat has invested in the world’s leading advanced technology with high automation to meet the requirements of implementing a circular economy including maximum economic efficiency & circulation – production lines. Beverage with Aseptic cold extraction technology (GEA Procomac – Germany). This technology not only allows to minimize the quantity of plastic bottles, but at the same time aseptic technology helps beverage products have the highest purity while still retaining the original nutritional value.

The Group also invests in a technology chain from Washing – Extruder – Injection Molding to cyclically recycle PE and PP plastic to produce pallets, trash containers,… and deploy an automated digital management system from production to supply.

Activities towards a circular economy have been oriented in Tan Hiep Phat’s business strategy since 2013. After 10 years of applying the 3R model (Reduce – Reuse – Recycling) from 2013 – 2022, Tan Hiep Phat has cut back more than 70 thousand tons of plastic. “Enterprises aim to cut more than 112 thousand tons of plastic by 2027 and continue to expand the circular economy, joining hands with plastic recycling businesses.
