Viet Nam’s Responsible Sourcing Initiative project is the furthest in implementing remediation activities for the plastic value chain.

Participants in the workshop explored challenges, shared international experiences, and proposed practical solutions for building an effective EPR framework in Vietnam.

The session features the launch of  the OECD Issue Brief on EPR and provides insights into recent EPR related developments, both internationally and nationally, by focusing on specific country examples.

UNDP, through NPAP, in collaboration with IUCN and PRO Vietnam, organized a consultation workshop in Hoi An on March 8 to seek mechanisms and solutions for the informal sector to carry out collection activities for licensed recycling companies under EPR regulations.

This year’s event will feature a high-level plenary and twelve conference sessions covering different topics, including climate, energy, circular economy, ESG and so forth.

The webinar series is back with a renewed focus. It will serve as a platform to showcase some circular initiatives and allow businesses to learn from their peers and policymakers, regarding lessons learnt, emerging regulations, new technologies.

Representatives from MONRE and other government ministries, and members of NPAP discussed practical solutions and possible inputs to Viet Nam’s written submission on the draft treaty prior to INC-3.

WRV CONFEX 2023 is held for the first time with the aim of bringing advanced technologies and solutions to domestic manufacturing businesses.
