Ba Ria-Vung Tau’s circular economy is showing signs of growth

Due to the need for the efficient use of natural resources, the circular economy is now being introduced and developed along with the green economy, low-carbon economy, and others. The urgency of responding to climate change is also growing. The Ba Ria-Vung Tau province has created a circular economy plan for the beginning of the 2021–2025 term to move the local economy toward sustainable development based on the orientation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.

The circular economy program in Viet Nam was approved by Prime Minister Decision 687, which was announced on June 7, 2022. The circular economy program aims to increase labor productivity and serve as a catalyst for innovation, helping to foster economic growth. Green growth is linked to economic restructuring and the development of more efficient growth models.
