Circonomics Training Book Transforming Businesses through Circular Economy Practices: For SMEs in the Philippines

The Circonomics Training Book is a practical guide designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Philippines and across ASEAN adopt circular economy practices for plastics. Developed by the Regional Knowledge Centre for Marine Plastic Debris (RKC-MPD) under ERIA, the book examines the impacts of linear business models and provides actionable tools for redesigning products, reducing plastic waste, improving eco-design, and integrating recycling and extended producer responsibility (EPR) frameworks.

It features regional case studies, hands-on exercises, and step-by-step guidance to help SMEs strengthen supply chains, optimise resource use, and tap into emerging financing opportunities within the circular economy for plastics.
