Applying circular economy in the plastic industry in Vietnam
Plastic pollution is currently a major challenge at both the global level as well as for each country, including Vietnam. In the context of circular economy (circular economy) being increasingly focused on development, the application of circular economy in the plastics sector has the potential to bring many benefits, including reducing pollution on land and at sea, reducing greenhouse gases emissions, creating green livelihoods, saving the budget and businesses. There have been many circular economy models in the plastics field applied in the world, along with several pioneering models in Vietnam that are effective. The development of circular economy in the coming time needs to focus on research and innovation in approaches, technologies and solutions, based on appropriate roadmap analysis.
