To comply with Resolution No. 01/NQ-CP dated January 6, 2023, of the Government regarding the main tasks and solutions for implementing the Economic and Social Development Plan, the State Budget, and improving the business environment to enhance national competitiveness in 2023, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has collaborated with various agencies and units to draft the Prime Minister’s Decision on the National Action Plan for Circular Economy Implementation.
To ensure the completion of the draft decision before submission to the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment kindly requests relevant agencies and research units to provide their feedback on the draft proposal and the Prime Minister’s decision on the national action plan for circular economy implementation.

Suggestions and comments should be sent to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (via the Institute of Resource and Environmental Strategy, Address: 479 Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Co Nhue 1 Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi) by October 20, 2023, for consolidation and improvement of the draft decision for the Prime Minister.
