Multi-layer Capital Mapping was developed under the UNDP Plastics Innovation Programme (UPIP) to help innovators, startups, and impact enterprises better understand and navigate the investment ecosystem. Rather than serving as a fundraising guide, it offers a practical snapshot of selected investors whose interests align with innovation, impact and sustainability.
Bringing together key insights such as investment focus, fund size, preferred stage of innovation, geographic reach, portfolio examples, and recent activities, the mapping offers a multiple dimensional view of the capital landscape. More than a directory, the mapping is designed to foster stronger connections between innovative solutions and the capital needed to scale them, better understanding investor priorities and identifying potential partners.
By improving access to investor insights and strengthening capital readiness, UPIP aims to support the growth of high impact solutions that tackle plastic pollution and contribute to a more sustainable circular economy in Viet Nam.
