Within the framework of the project “Rethinking plastic – Circular economy solutions for marine waste” (Rethinking Plastics) by the European Union (EU) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) Sponsored by the German Cooperation Agency (GIZ) and the French Agency for International Technical Cooperation (Expertise France), ISPONRE is coordinating with the Ha Noi Department of Industry and Trade to implement the project “Initiative to establish an alliance supermarket to reduce the consumption of single-use plastic bags in Viet Nam” (PLASTIC ALLIANCE Project) to promote retailers to use environmentally friendly bags, contributing to reducing plastic waste, single-use nylon. On January 14, 2022, the Announcement Ceremony of the Alliance of Retailers to Reduce Plastic Bags was held with the participation of 16 members. AEON is one of the active members of the Alliance.
