The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment is drafting the Prime Minister’s Decision on promulgating regulations on environmental criteria and certification for projects that are granted green credits and issued green bonds. The Viet Nam Circular Economy Hub would like to introduce the full text and request domestic and foreign agencies, organizations and individuals to research and contribute ideas.
