Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park: Development orientation according to the circular economy model

The industrial sector is one of the important sectors of the economy, with growing demand. In Vietnam, the Industrial Park Management Board (IZ) has increasingly high regulations on environmental protection standards. Therefore, businesses have been innovating technology to reduce environmental pollution and increase production value, aiming for sustainable development. On the occasion of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day October 13, 2023, Environment Magazine had an interview with Dr. Pham Hong Diep – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shinec Joint Stock Company (Investor of Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park) about extended producer responsibility (EPR), implementation of circular economy and a roadmap to reduce greenhouse gas emissions helps businesses develop sustainably and create a more customer-friendly image.
